customer service. You dropped of the crib at our summer rental on the exact date and at the exact time that you
promised. The crib was set up and ready to go so quickly with adorable bedding and extra sheets to help make things
easier!
When I called you Saturday night of Labor Day weekend to schedule pick- up of the crib (since I had forgotten to call
sooner!!) you were there the very next morning, Sunday of Labor Day weekend, to pick it up. Again, perfectly on time,
courteous and efficient.
You were extremely accommodating with all of our requests and it was a great pleasure doing business with Crumb

My family lives on the west coast and travels to the east coast once every summer. We have a small son who needed a
crib. I found Crumbkrunchers on the Internet, an have used them for four years straight. They are so reliable. They
delivered, set up and had waiting for us the crib and all the bedding when we arrived each year. Then they picked it up -
every year! Their products were in perfect condition: always clean, functional and cute. I remember feeling so
burdened about having to find a crib the first year we brought our son on vacation. Crumbkrunchers solved that. It has
never been a concern since I contacted them. I wish all businesses were run like Crumbkrunchers. I would recommend

perfect condition. Our two-year old daughter felt right at home in it: she slept through the night and even took daily
naps. This was the first time she ever did either of those things away from home and we're convinced it was because
she was sleeping in a full-size crib with a real mattress and comfy bedding instead of in a port-a-crib. Additionally, the
two large buckets of toys were such a hit with all three of our children. They loved having "new" toys on vacation

invaluable one as far as we're concerned. Our twins, who used the cribs, slept far better then they would have had
they been forced to sleep in a pack 'n play. I'm pretty sure they would have refused to take naps and at night would
have surrendered to sleep only due to exhaustion. With the cribs they napped every day without fuss and, indeed, that
gave Joe and I some down time too. The last minute items we rented were also terrific. Gates -- very handy and the all
terrain wagon was a hit with all the kids. Joe plans to buy one for us to have at home. I could go on and on, but
suffice it to say we will be calling again next year for our trip to Narragansett!!! If only you serviced Maine -- we'd be

8/27/06 - Hi Mike, Our Crumb Kruncher's experience with you was just great! The full size, white, wooden crib was in
perfect condition. Our two-year old daughter felt right at home in it: she slept through the night and even took daily
naps. This was the first time she ever did either of those things away from home and we're convinced it was because
she was sleeping in a full-size crib with a real mattress and comfy bedding instead of in a port-a-crib. Additionally, the
two large buckets of toys were such a hit with all three of our children. They loved having "new" toys on vacation
and my husband and I loved not having to pack a single toy from home. The toys were all clean and had all of
the pieces. Your personal service was outstanding. It was great to speak directly to you when making the
